Where do you think this abnormality is ?

There is a calcified cyst under the left hemidiaphragm. This is likely to be in the spleen.

What is the most likely diagnosis ?

Hydatid disease is the most likely diagnosis. Alternatively, this could be congenital or post traumatic.
