What are the findings (give four findings) ?

Asymmetric buttock creases.
Delayed ossification of the left femoral head.
Shallow (more vertical) left acetabulum.
Displaced left femoral head superolaterally.

What is the diagnosis ?

Congenital dislocation of the left hip.
