History :
72 year old woman complaining of a cough referred for a chest radiograph.

Answers

What does the radiograph show ?

There is a calcified density on the left side of the chest.

Where is the abnormality ?

This area of calcification lies outside the lung and may be arising from the chest wall or the left breast.

What is the diagnosis ?

This is a calcified fibroadenoma in the left breast.

What further investigation might help the diagnosis ?

A mammogram.
