Answers :

What can you see on the chest radiograph?

Two densities (foreign bodies) are seen in the region of the right main bronchus.

What do you think has happened ?

Trauma to the face has knocked out teeth - these have been inhaled and have become lodged in the right bronchus

What further imaging can be used if there is doubt concerning the diagnosis ?

If the suspected inhaled foreign body can not be seen, a chest radiograph after forced expiration may be helpful as air will be trapped in the lung on the affected side and this lung will appear 'blacker'.
